Under the leadership of Founder and CEO Jerry Shrair, Boiling Point celebrates 16 years of inspiring Fortune 500 business teams to align and to create powerful solutions with the commitment needed to execute them successfully.

Jerry first began to craft his unique collaborative approach to inspiring business teams as an Account Director on the Pepsi-Cola business at BBDO New York and later at Pepsi as their first Director of Creative Development. As Managing Director at Marketing Corporation of America he continued to inspire innovative marketing and branding solutions for a variety of clients.
