By the close of the on-site workshop the team will have created a set of powerful “semi-finalists” solutions.

The next day, workshop participants and Company stakeholders review & rank the “semi-finalists” online.

Later that week, Jerry will present the results to you and we’ll create an online report for you outlining the entire process and all of the results in detail.
